2026.04.14 >> Vállalat /a music video/

When I got into the car in Kelenföld in the morning, heading to Diósd, I basically only had three words in mind: rock, cave, dancer. I even thought, what a great, complex video this is going to be! Then, when I arrived on location and looked around the beautiful quarry in Diósd, one more thing came to mind: orange. In truth, it was only during editing that I realized we had actually captured a story that had been there in front of us the whole time.

In case the story isn’t obvious: Zsombor, the creature, just wants to chill and do some Beyoncé-ing in his cave. But suddenly he notices a camera filming him. He tries to escape, and in the process runs through a laser gate. He then attempts to chase away the cameraman—tension builds. The next day, it happens again: he sits there a bit withdrawn, frustrated that he isn’t being left alone. Then he runs again. We left the ending open, allowing space for interpretation, but one thing is certain: it’s a drama!

This is the description I provided for the press.

Internép

Internép>

Internép (a KöME-Pneuma cooperation). This is a broader framework than Interkép, which has its own separate section. While Interkép focuses on the artistic and technical aspects of live video work, this section is about the whole thing.

Internép isn’t just about making videos — whenever I have the time, I’m also physically present: helping out with sound at certain events, having conversations, making music together. So this is a wider context, and it deserves its own place here.

I shot this video about the Kimittudna event (and it was edited by Csilla Hódi).
This video was made by the Józsefváros magazin about the place.

11.08 >> Közveszélyes munkakerülők #visual

Nowadays, I tend to return to Trafó every year or so. This year, I was asked to do the visual for the Thury siblings’ play „Public Dangerous Workers”. A resounding success at the end of a long rehearsal process 🙂 So for the time being, we’ll keep on playing.

For almost a year, the creators and participants of the performance have been reflecting together on the relationship between work and leisure, the burdens and beauties of leisure, vulnerability, constraints, self-exploitation and burnout.
Drawing on the experiences of the research process and on archival material from the 1920s and ’20s, this presentation explores life situations in which the boundaries between leisure and work, work and private life are increasingly blurred, and which are so similarly different as to be worth addressing in community.
